The Supravent® Aqua extractor hood is the result of many years’ experience in filtration systems for large kitchens. Designed with an environmentally friendly water mist spray system with recycling technology.
It provides a safe and efficient solution for industrial cooking equipment and, more specifically, for charcoal or wood-fired cooking equipment.
Unlike other cooking equipment, charcoal ovens, open grills and rotisseries using solid fuels generate significant temperatures and a certain amount of grease and ash residues.
